Next your gonna tell me getting people to build said homes might fix the unemployment issues, and that after you give them those homes fixing homelessness, and give them money to get out of poverty you might fix a systemic problem.
Or as they say it in NZ: "pohvahtee"
They really need to raise the level considered poverty if those checks fixed it. Cuz that was barely better than zero money
